Samantha Hewit has been in real estate for almost 10 years. Starting at the bottom, in university as part time job, she worked as an administrator in an upscale real estate office, answering phones and typing paperwork. She then worked with an agent as her assistant for several years, schlepping lockboxes and banging signs into lawns.

It was at this point Samantha realized her true calling, and got her real estate licence. That was 5 years ago, and she hasn’t looked back since. Her career has been spent working with first time buyers and first time sellers, whose nervousness and confusion she has a knack for calming. While with Royal LePage Signature, Samantha has consistently been in the top 10% of the company nationally.

Erica Reddy has been involved in design, staging and real estate since a child. Coming from a real estate family, Erica has been involved in residential developments in Collingwood and King City. More recently, she has gotten her feet wet in sales in the commercial world, notably, Condo Garage, a new project featuring car condos.

Erica has also been busy building up a career of her own in the TV world, with credits including The Designer Guys. It was at this point Erica realized she had a unique skill. Being able to look at a property objectively, Erica realized her eye for style and designing trends are a huge asset to her real clients. She has since gone on to become an Accredited Stager from Canada’s staging governing body.
